European Empereur

Yesterday's Daily Politics Phillip Hammond was quizzed by Andrew Neil who ask him who he would like as EU President. Hammond first replied that he would prefer that this rule did not exist. Neil did not let him have that and pushed him to choose one. Now to a Conservative this is like choosing between a firing squad, electric chair or a piant of cyanide. He struggled to choose.

You see, for the Conservatives this undemocratic, almost dictator like unelected job of EU President; or as Napoleon would of called it Empereur, go's against afrything they believe. Conservatives believe in British sovereignty, and will fighting for it just look at Churchill. They also believe in democracy, Labour don't mind not having democracy, they do have a Prime Minister who never been elected by any one.

The EU Lisbon Treaty for a Consideration for Europe has in a fect made the rule of the nation like this: The Government is answerable and kept in check by The House of Commons. House of Commons is kept in check by House of Lords. The House of Lords is answerable to the Queen. The Queen is answerable to God. Now as the Consideration says the EU President is above all votes and all national sovereignty, so therefor God is answerable to Herman Van Rompuy Pompey.
